What Zelmora is
Zelmora is an educational tool: it suggests skincare ideas from photos and optional product search links. It does not diagnose conditions or replace a dermatologist or doctor.
Photos & analysis
When you run an analysis, images are sent to your configured AI service to generate results. We don’t operate a separate “Zelmora cloud” for your photos unless your deployment stores them—check your host and AI provider policies for retention and logging.
Tokens
Token balance is kept in a signed cookie in your browser to limit usage per device. It’s not a payment account and isn’t synced across browsers or devices unless you implement that separately.
Payments (Plus)
If you subscribe to Plus, payments are processed by Stripe. We store your subscription status and Stripe customer reference in our database so the product can unlock paid features— not your full card details (Stripe holds those).
Progress calendar
Routine checklists, streaks, and progress snapshots you save stay in this browser’s local storage unless you change the product to sync elsewhere. Clearing site data removes them.

Product links may include referral parameters when your deployment configures them. You can verify listings independently before purchasing.
